Product launches & explainers. The complex, made simple. The simple, made unmissable.

Most of the value in complex tech is invisible — it lives inside a chip, a network, a data centre, a protocol nobody can see. Our job is to make it land.

The Launch · A01

The launch video

Makes it land with the whole room.

The hero piece for the big reveal. Built so a complex announcement carries the keynote, the homepage, the launch-day feed and the press inbox — and gets forwarded by people who rarely forward anything.

  • The announcement moment, given weight
  • One idea, told so it sticks
  • Cut for paid, sales and social on day one

The Explainer · B02

The explainer

Keeps it understood all year.

The video that earns its place every month after launch. It turns a complex product into something a prospect, a new hire or a board member understands in 90 seconds — the one your sales team reaches for on every call.

  • The complex made genuinely simple, still technically true
  • Built to run on the site, in sales, in onboarding
  • Modular, so it updates as the product does

Before you brief us.The questions product marketers actually ask.

Q 01

What video does a product launch actually need?

Rarely one film. A launch is a cluster of pieces carrying one creative idea: a hero announcement for the keynote and the press, a walkthrough that shows what the product does, sales cutdowns at 30, 60 and 90 seconds for sequences and champion forwards, and paid cuts at 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 built to land sound off. We scope the cluster to the real surface area of the launch, so it arrives as one whole thing rather than a stack of files.

Q 02

What is the difference between a launch video and an explainer?

A launch video has one moment to make a product land: the keynote, the announcement, the week the category is paying attention. An explainer does the year-round work of keeping it understood, in sales sequences, in Highspot, in the cold email a rep sends on a Tuesday. Most product marketing teams in security, identity, fraud and AI and data infrastructure need both, and both work harder when they carry the same creative idea.

Q 03

How long does a product launch video take?

Concepts come back seven days after the brief is agreed. A typical launch set runs Day 00 to Day 28, brief to delivered cuts. Portfolio launches, where one idea has to land across several verticals, run longer because the shoot is planned in modular blocks: the vertical agnostic material shot once, the vertical specific material layered on top.

Q 04

How much does product launch and explainer video cost?

Quoted per project and scoped around the launch tier. The number follows the set of pieces, the volume and the delivery window. A single explainer and a portfolio launch landing across four verticals are different scopes, so the price gets built once the brief is agreed.

Q 05

What happens if the first cut is not right?

The assembly cut is a checkpoint. It is the first version you see after production, and sometimes the real thing surprises everyone. If you want to move to a different concept at that point, we make the flip inside the agreed price.

Q 06

Do you work on products that have no interface to film?

That is the case the studio is built for. Encryption, a fraud signal, an identity check, what an AI and data platform actually does: none of it films itself. The work starts by finding the metaphor or the character that carries the idea, so the product becomes visible before anyone touches a storyboard.
